Community Class

Held here in the Hawkesbury Valley, Wilberforce School of Arts is the place to be each Monday and Wednesday evening 6pm.

Monday evenings are 60mins MAT PILATES using small apparatus like the thera-bands, magic circles, squishy small balls & foam roller. Classes $20

Wednesday evenings are 90mins alternating YOGA, BIKRAM STYLE YOGA & YIN YOGA. Classes $25

Journey towards their Higher Selves

MAT PILATES- Offers low impact movement connecting core strength & stability & encouraging concentration to correct alignment with each movement. Lots of classes include small apparatus as Magic Circles, Thera-bands, Small Balls & Foam Rollers

YOGA-Offers a combination of Hatha, Vinyasa, Breath Work, BIKRAM 26/2 style, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, A Great Stretch & some Time Out, always working at your own pace.

YIN YOGA- Offers a calmer more meditative practice with holds of 3-10mins, giving you a chance to tune into both your mind & physical sensations in your body. YIN yoga focuses on the tendons, joints & ligaments & is a great release of the connective tissue.

Workshops & Masterclasses

With all of these Workshops & Masterclasses I come to you.

You have a venue, function room, a space at home or a beautiful lawn or garden if weather is good, I bring everything else.

I arrive 30mins before start time & will need 30mins to pack up. I will need parking close by.

I am happy to travel out of area, price to be discussed.

Masterclasses

Designed for Corporates looking to ice break, or think outside the box, for businesses to team build or small private groups after a mini retreat, for everyday people with an interest in yoga, movement, meditation or mindfulness.

These programs are interactive with the intention of positive vibes for body mind & soul.

LOVE & GRATITUDE

A gentle Heart opening movement practice connecting mudra, meditation & breathwork. Checking in with the physical heart, the emotional heart & the energetics of the heart chakra. Brining awareness to the importance of self love, unconditional love & gratitude & it’s power to transform. Appreciating ourselves & prioritising YOU!

Good for those needing time out & to check in with themselves!

YIN DELIGHT

Relax, let go, open up be present! Relax into your breath, let go of chatter in your mind, open your mind & body, stay present in the moment. Connect body mind & soul in this quiet practice of gentle movement releasing tightness in the joints & releasing fascia tissue. Feel supported with blocks, bolsters & blankets. Let the senses be soothed with essential oils & your body release with Yoga Nidra as you drift gently into Shavasana.

Good for afternoon & evening.

CHAKRA DANCE

FUN & ACTIVE Working with the 7 energy centres in our bodies, the Chakras. Chakra Dance connects with your body through breathwork, meditation & movement learning about the energy centres as we go! Designed to have fun & feel connected, leave feeling relaxed & invigorated.
